Acceptance depends on the route, carrier, documentation and applicable law. Always disclose the exact product and material before shipping.
Items requiring advance review
- Batteries, electronics with batteries and power banks.
- Liquids, powders, gels, aerosols, magnets and chemicals.
- Food, supplements, cosmetics, medical products and children’s products.
- Branded goods, products using trademarks and goods requiring authorization.
- Oversized, fragile, high-value, temperature-sensitive or regulated cargo.
Commonly prohibited items
Illegal goods, weapons, explosives, counterfeit products, controlled substances and cargo prohibited by China, US or transit-country laws will not be accepted.
Before requesting a quote
Send the product name, material or ingredients, intended use, photos or product link, battery specification if applicable, quantity and declared value. Safety data sheets or certifications may be requested.
